He was last seen on 08/27/2019 at approximately 12:00 PM at his residence. Family believes he left on his bicycle, a brown or maroon colored "Schwinn" bicycle. Jose was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, blue shorts with plaid squares and black sandals. He is entered in TCIC/NCIC as a missing person.
