On 10/14/2019 Jose was reported missing after not being seen for two days. Jose took all of his belonging, and borrowed money from a family member. His phone was last pinged in Kentucky, but has now been turned off. Jose likes to wear scarfs or bandannas around his neck due to having a scar.
