The Complainant has not been heard from or seen by his Sister (reported by) since Thanksgiving (2015). A walk through was conducted at the Complainant's residence by the Sister and Police with negative results. The Complainant walks with a limp from a prior knee replacement. Local hospitals checked with negative results. NFI. 4/13/2016 Detective Davis #944 and Detective Ortiz #703 went to the complainant's house located at 6045 Haverford Ave. Detectives knocked on the door and talked to neighbors. No one has seen the complainant since the end of November 2015.
