At the time of disappearance, the subject was a resident at facility for 2 years. Days prior, he had expressed to other residents of his desire to leave and plan to save money so he could leave and wander around the country. On 02/15/14, the subject quit his job at McDonalds, shaved his head, and left for a walk. A Sheriff's Deputy brought him home. He had called family members before he left to let them know he loves them. A search of Allen's room revealed that he had left his cellphone, wallet (containing cash, ID, SS card) clothing, and skateboard behind.
