Paul Blackburn

Paul Blackburn was reported missing after disappearing while snorkeling with his son off of Molokini Crater. Blackburn was observed by his son going under the water on the north side of the crater but never coming back up to the surface. A search conducted by the Coast Guard did not result in locating Blackburn
