Navlin Kohli

Kohli was reported missing by his uncle that was a resident of Fremont, two years after he disappeared. Kohli was a resident of Rohnert Park at the time of his disappearance. He was a well-known drug dealer and used drugs on a daily basis. According to aquaintances he cheated people out of drugs and money. Kohli witnessed a homicide where he was the intended target. Kohli was possibly kidnapped and taken to Mexico where he was murdered.
