Summary
On 09/06/2018, Philip left work early and came home where he lived with his brother and mother. Philip showered, then met with his brother who was in the driveway. After a brief conversation, Philip left in his silver Subaru four door not telling his brother or anyone else where he was going and never returned. Philip's vehicle was located on 10/6/2018 by a hunter in the woods of the Lake Davis area near Portola. Search and Rescue conducted multiple searches in the area to no avail before winter weather prohibited further searching. There are no leads as to his whereabouts at this time.
