On October 25 2018, five people left Andrews, South Carolina for the Bahamas in a small private airplane that was white with red/burgundy pinstripes (tail number N555PM). While in route, they radioed in an emergency, stated they were descending, and then disappeared from radar. Nothing was ever recovered from the crash.
