Anthony Salcedo

Salcedo was last seen at 640 York St at approximately 2200 hours, possibly altered mental status. After leaving the residence, a family member utilized the “Life 360” to locate his phone. They stated the app advised he was in the area of N. 6th St at Pyne Point Park. After canvasing the area, he could not be located. The next day 12/27/18 Salcedo in the area 4th and Vine at approximately 2300 hours.
