Michael was last seen arrowhead hunting in the 7600 block of Vigal Road, where Vigal Road intersects with Brush Creek, at approximately 1600 hours on 6/10/18. Michael has a history of cancer, he was not physically fit, and is unable to speak due to a tracheal stoma. Hours after Michael went missing it rained approximately 6" in the area and the nearby creek rose to a depth of 10'-12'. The extreme amount of precipitation flooded the timber and nearby fields by distances of 100-200 yards from the creek at depths of 2'-3' in some places. The flooding followed by an extreme heat wave and more rain made search efforts extremely difficult.
