Non custodial mother possibly took child to Ghana. The father, the complainant, contacted the mother and she agreed to bring the child back. However, she has not done so even though there is a custody agreement in place that neither parent take the child out of the country. The father went to court about this on 12/11/19. He is currently petitioning for full custody of their daughter and is attending court hearings to accomplish this.
