Carmen Forsythe

Carmen was a transient in the Salem area. She supposedly left Oregon with 3 unknown homeless men to go to California. She called her Aunt when she got there to say she had arrived safely and that she was heading to Chico, California. She texted her Aunt a few times saying she would call when she arrived in Chico, but never called. She has not been heard from since.
