In the evening of April 23, 2018 Lloyd was last seen walking out of friend's home did not return. Lloyd has not contacted family or friends. On April 29, 2018 family reported Lloyd Missing to BIA Uniform Division. In July or August of 2018 the family conducted a search in Flagstaff, Arizona and several homeless people have said that they thought they had seen him in the area surrounding Bushmaster Park behind the Jack in Box restaurant located at 3620 E Rte 66 Flagstaff, Arizona 86004. Family did not have contact with him in the Flagstaff area. On January 14, 2019 this matter was reported to the BIA Investigations Unit.
