RP took custody of MJ who had just migrated from Guatemala. MJ was housed at an Orange County Foster Care facility prior to moving in with RP. After dinner (on 01/09/18) MJ appeared to receive a phone call from someone. After the phone call MJ gathered his immigration documents and left home without warning. RP searched the area for MJ and could not locate him.
