Press Release The Clayton Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing person Andrew “Andy” Kenney. Andrew Kenney is a 52 year old white male approximately 5’6 tall and weighing 140 lbs. Andrew Kenney has grey/white hair with green eyes. There is no clothing description currently available. Andrew Kenney is diagnosed as a Paranoid Schizophrenic and he has not taken his medication from the date he went missing. Andrew Kenney may become violent if agitated. Andrew Kenney was last seen by a neighbor on Saturday, October 27th, 2018. He was reported missing on Monday, 10/29/18. Andrew Kenney resides on 8th Ave in Clayton (Border of Clayton, Elk Twp. and Glassboro). The day that Andrew Kenney was reported missing County Mental Health workers had gone to his residence and found the door wide open and Andrew Kenney not on the premise. There appeared to be no foul play as there was no property disturbed or stolen from the residence. Andrew Kenney does not own a motor vehicle, cell phone, or a computer.
