On Saturday, 11/03/2018, James and several friends were on Water Street in Eau Claire, WI during the evening hours. James separated from his friends later in the evening but had telephone contact with one of them at approximately 12:25am on Sunday, 11/04/2018. He was last seen on surveillance video walking eastbound on Water Street in the 300-400 blocks behind the Pickle Tavern towards the bike trail at 1:13am. Prior to that, James had been at Shenanigans and then Pioneer Bar. He has not been seen or heard from since. James is a student at UW-Stout and it does not appear that he ever returned to his residence.
