On 02/21/2018, Bryan Michael Hamel drove his vehicle onto the French King Bridge in Erving, Massachusetts and jumped over the rail. The bridge is under video surveillance and law enforcement arrived on scene within 1-2 minutes of Hamel parking his vehicle. Extreme weather conditions prevented any recovery of his remains and the continued conditions of the river make the recovery of his remains unlikely.
