Left on foot last seen walking to woods, carrying 2 back packs with green rolled up pads on the outside. Last seen on Vickery near S. Beach St @ 1:30 pm. Jeremy David Surette (Jay)was last seen June 28 2018 walking wearing dark blue gym shorts, black "affliction" t-shirt , brown work boots and green Infantry cap, 2 back packs with green roll up pad. Jeremy is 5'7" 235 pounds with blue eyes and possibly wearing thick black framed glasses, brown hair but bald on top, goatee with beard.
