Hadley was transient living in the San Francisco area during the summer months and spent the winter months living in Hawaii. Hadley received monthly SSI checks via his financial conservator that deposited the checks into his bank account. Hadley always made a withdrawal the beginning of each month without fail. Hadley had not made a withdrawal since May, 2008. The last four locations where Hadley made withdrawals were in the cities of Pearl City, Kaneohe, Mehau and Honolulu, Hawaii. Hadley's two brothers have not had contact with him since 2008.
