Tuan Tran

A 17-foot vessel was reported to be spinning in circles in the water off of Martin's Beach, south of Half Moon Bay. One of the occupants of the vessel was located deceased in the water. Through an investigation it is believed Tuan Tran was an occupant of the vessel; however, he has yet to be located.
