MP had a court appearance in Sacramento County for sentencing. MP borrowed his girlfriend's vehicle which was found the next day along the Sacramento River unoccupied. A suicide note was found in the vehicle. Its unknown if the MP committed suicide or faked his death to avoid going to jail.
