Joseph Bruce, Sr. has been missing since 06-25-18. He last had contact with his girlfriend on the phone on 06-25-18 at about 10:00 AM while he was in Devils Lake, ND. There has been no activity on his phone since 06-25-18 and he has had no contact with family since then. He was known to be in Grand Forks, Bellcourt and possibly Spirit Lake prior to going missing.
