Summary
Enrique Rios, a male from Esparto, California, was reported missing by his mother on October 19, 2016. Enrique was last seen at 9 p.m. in his family’s home on October 16, 2016. His disappearance was initially treated as a runaway because no information or evidence suggested foul play. Approximately 25 days after Enrique Rios went missing, his friend Elijah Moore, who also attended Cesar Chavez Community School in Woodland, California, also disappeared. Based on these circumstances, investigators believe the two disappearances are related. This case is being investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Yolo County Sheriff’s Department.
