Harmon had been at a clam bake. When the rest of the crowd got ready to leave, they assumed Harmon would follow in his truck. When they reached their destination, Harmon did not arrive. Someone returned to the river and found Harmon's skiff with a 12 gauge shotgun in it; blood was seen in the skiff.
