Bernard Quiba

Bernard Quiba was reported missing on 11/05/2016 and his vehicle was discovered at the Deception Pass recreation area on the same day. A search of the area was completed by Island County Fire and Rescue and the US Coast Guard. No trace of Quiba was located, no note was left and his cellular device(s) were left off.
