The vehicle he had been driving, a silver 2015 Buick Verano, was later found on the 2400 block of Elsinore Avenue in Baltimore City. Williams is described as black, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, 175 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He was wearing a graphic t-shirt and shorts with unknown footwear.
