Joseph Stuart

Stuart's landlord reported him missing on 9/26/91, after she had not seen him for a couple of weeks. Stuart had left her a note on 9/06/91 stating that he was going fishing and would be back on Monday. She became worried and entered his room where she located two notebooks were he talked about contemplating suicide. Stuart was last seen on 9/06/91, by a friend. Stuart had mentioned to his friend that he was heading up to Reno, Nevada to look into a possible job.
