Kathy was born and raised in New Mexico, from the Albuquerque and Clovis area. She lived in Clovis till Nov. 2011. She had meet a man in Clovis that was from Houston, over the next year they got to know each other through the internet and texting over the next year. He asked her to move to Houston with him. From what we understand the relationship had its ups and downs with some arguing. On February 11, 2012 Kathy and her boyfriend/fiance had gotten into an argument. He disabled her vehicle so she could not leave the house and then left the house. Kathy and her 18 yr old daughter left the house walking and return to the home after shopping and getting something to eat. Kathy's daughter said Kathy had texted the fiance to tell him she was leaving him and getting a place for her and her daughter as soon as she could during the time they was shopping. Do not know what his response to this revaluation was. After returning home Kathy began watching tv. At some point Kathy and her daughter seen him return to a friends house across the street but did not talk to him. Kathy later went to sleep in the daughters room on a sofa that was in the room.
