Joseph's brother-in-law (Chief Terry O'Brien of the Baldwin Twp Police Department) reported the above missing on 01/18/2008 at 12:30 hrs. Chief O'Brien reported to Brentwood Police that he had went to Joseph's apartment and it was empty. Joseph's co-worker at Burlington Coat Factory, last saw Joseph getting onto a Pat Bus after work on 01/16/08 and 21:20 hours.
