***MISSING PERSON*** Coach Giang Phan Last seen in Hammond heading to Lafourche Parish on Friday April 8th @ 2-3pm. He was driving a 2009 silver chevy malibu, License plate #CB5G609 TX A missing persons report was filled out in Lafourche Parish on April 9th. He was down here from TX on a business trip and was supposed to be in Lafourche Parish at 4-5pm Friday and never reached his destination. Any Information on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
