Logan was last known to be at his home in Tumwater, WA on 05/19/2016. The following day his vehicle was found on southbound Interstate 5 near milepost 92 against the center median barrier. His cell phone and wallet were found inside the car. A witness may have seen a white male in the car shortly before it was abandoned.
