On 6/29/16 Jessie Rubio was reported missing to the Wenatchee Police Department. Rubio’s family last saw her during the week of June 20th. Rubio was possibly last seen on June 23rd around 6:30 PM in the area of S. Wenatchee Ave and Ferry St. A witness reported seeing Rubio get into a dark colored car possibly a late 80’s Buick with a Hispanic male. Rubio has not made contact with family or friends since the week of June 20th. The attached photos are from May 23rd and June 20th 2016. The most recent photo on June 20th it appears Rubio has cut her hair short or is partially shaved.
