According to an acquaintance, Billy was last known to have gone to Walmart in Warsaw. His vehicle, described as a 1988 maroon Chevrolet Cavalier was located unoccupied near Spring & Maple St. in Warsaw on June 10, 2003. His wallet was found inside the vehicle but his keys and food stamp card are also missing.
