The man was identified as Jim Bakazan by the Coast Guard and Monroe County Sheriff's Office. Authorities said Bakazan, 50, was last seen Saturday wearing a black wet suit. Bakazan was diving off a commercial dive vessel, exploring the wreck of the USS Vandenburg, the Coast Guard said.
