Date of last Seen : 1/1/1994 Location of Last Seen : GULF OF MEXICO WEST OF TARPON SPRINGS, FL Synopsis : The victim was reported lost at sea on a fishing boat called the "Miss Black Diamond" along with Robert Remmer (PSCO case #: 94-17991).
