Joseph was reportedly last seen approx. 10:30 pm in Nederland,Texas when he left in his single cab white Dodge. His truck was discovered approx. 11:45pm running on top of the Rainbow Bridge that connects Port Arthur and Bridge City, Texas. It was running and some of his personal items were discovered inside.
