Summary
Saul and his relative Luis Alberto (unknown relation) were with a group crossing from Miguel Aleman, Tamaulipas, Mex to Roma, Texas. They were crossing the Rio Grande and Border Patrol was waiting for them on the US side of the river. Saul and Luis stayed on the Mexico side and walked along the river so they would not get caught. They supposedly went to another area where they had left a boat and crossed. They have not been heard from since 25 SEPT 2011.
