Jose's photo is shown age-progressed to 10 years. He was allegedly abducted by his father, Alvaro Carrillo Garcia. An FBI Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution warrant was issued for the abductor on March 28, 2002. It is believed that they have left the country and traveled to Mexico. The child has a birthmark on each side of his rib cage. The abductor has a lazy left eye.
