Philip Letarte left the Robert Erickson Residence on June 2, 1986 to go cash a check at a local gas station. Letarte did return briefly after cashing the check, then left and was las seen appearing "feeble and confused" on the Colby Siding Road the following day. Letarte has not been seen since.
