Craig Kinner left his mother's house (700 Fremont St. Apt. A Washington, MO) on foot after telling his mother that he was going to jump in the river. Craig also called his wife on the phone and told her he was going to jump into the river. Craig left without his personal property that he would normally have in his possession. Craig was last seen around 2100 hours on 02/29/2004. One report said Craig was last seen in Washington, MO on 03/03/2004. Craig has never been heard from again.
