Last seen on Monday, May 14, 2012 at 0800 hours in the 1100 Blk. of E. 7th Street, Wilmington, Delaware. He was taking his kids to daycare. wearing a orange shirt and blue jeans. Richardson’s vehicle, keys and cell phone were later found adjacent to the Christina River. Location of vehicle; 39°43'59.82"N 75°31'53.85"W (see google maps images) Jamir Richardson has recently been depressed, and sent a text message to a family member indicating that he was considering suicide. Christina River searched by police dive team and area search by Delaware State police Helicopter. Police K9 tracked scent of MP from vehicle to river.
