Mr. Dart's blue/green Ford F150 pickup bearing ARVL DV20752 was found broken down and abandoned by Golf County Florida S. O. on 04/09/12. Mr. Dart is known to have rented a silver Dodge Avenger bearing FLVL 443HXN on May 3rd, 2012. He has yet to return the vehicle. The Visa credit card he used to rent the car has not been used since. Mr. Dart's bank account continues to received VA disability benefit checks, but he has not accessed that account since before May of this year. E-mails to his known accounts from this department and from his friends have not been returned. There is no record of Mr. Dart checking into a VA hospital in the U.S.
