On March 10th, Emerson texted his mother, telling her that they were in Reynosa and were going to cross the border the next day. One of the men who crossed with him said that Emerson fainted and they gave him first aid and water. He said that they left on Monday, and crossed the river. After crossing the river, they began to walk. Emerson fainted after only 3.5 hours of beginning to walk.
