Police on St. Thomas are asking for the community’s assistance to locate a missing 51-year-old man. Clayton Antonio Simmonds, also known as “Tony" or "Shaku,” was last seen by his family more than 10 years ago. Police have been searching for anyone who may have seen Simmonds lately without success.
