On Monday, 9/26/22 Phillip borrowed a friend's truck to go hiking. At 9:30am, he entered logbook at First Water Trailhead within Tonto National Forest with an unknown destination. There was no indication that Phillip returned from his hike. The truck he was driving was found at this same location.
