Victim was last seen around noon after entering the Shrewsbury River from Little Silver Point Road on a kayak on 11/17/2010. Remains located on 11/28/2012 by a contractor making dock repairs on Little Silver Point Road were subsequently identified as those of Mr. Civile. The cranium was not recovered therefore this case remains active in NamUs.
