Marshall James McMillan, 19

Marshall was visiting parents from college in Lakebay with some friends. He planned to take his parent's small sailboat to Penrose St. Park while his friends paddled in canoes. The friends noted that Marshall was struggling with maneuvering the boat in the wind. The friends went ahead and planned to meet up with him at Penrose. Marshall never arrived. The friends paddled back to Marshall's parent's looking for Marshall. The coast guard conducted a search of the area. The captain of a fishing vessel reported seeing a boat capsized and a body in the water, however, the body went under before he could reach it. Marshall's remains were never recovered. The boat was located adrift (unknow where).
