Pilot of a helicopter that went down on September 23, 1991, off Block Island, RI. Empty helicopter was located, just off Block Island, RI. a few months later, the tail section of the helicopter was pulled by a fishing boat, in their net. A few months after the tail section was located, the police dept. was able to dive and locate the rest of the helicopter. The helicopter was found severely damaged and empty.
