On Sunday September 19, 1999 Hurley's husband drove her to the Three Oaks Golf Course, a par-3 golf course the couple owned on Fall Creek Highway. Hurley's husband reported to Law Enforcement that Marian left with an unidentified female friend in a white passenger car and was headed to California. Foul play is possible.
