Tracey was last seen at Kodiak Ron's Tavern at Airport Road and Highway 99 in south Everett. Her car was found three days later parked 1/2 block west of her apartment. The passenger window was broken out, but there was no broken glass there or at Kodiak Ron's. Her white Ford Probe only had 25 miles on it since she last put fuel in it. We believe her car was used to dispose of her body.
